Sitting Hell - A Metamorphosis Addict

This piece is based on the phenomenal 1/6 scale sculpt Sitting Hell - A Metamorphosis Addict by the master Takayuki Takeya and produced by Fewture ever so long ago. Included are Sitting Hell's guardians that I was also lucky enough to acquire all placed in a scratchbuilt throne room setting. The main character is injecting himself with chemicals that allow him to transform his body ... his minions who have also used this method to transform their bodies bow before their master as his arms, legs, and eye transform into their reptilian forms. I also used an image from the book of the dead as the backdrop showing Ptah-Hotep drinking (maybe he was into metamorphosis as well?) on his throne. The entire piece was hand-painted using acrylics.
